Dr. Mima Geere studied nutrition prior to attending medical school. She has believed food influences health and disease in a way we are not fully implementing in our healthcare experience. Dr. Geere trained at Columbia University, UCSF and Stanford and uses modern scientific testing to dig deep into your underlying pathophysiology while also optimizing your health with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations customized to your needs. Dr. Geere is the founder of Mimansa and co-author and co-director of the KOSHA program.

UC San Diego International House (I-House) is a dynamic on-campus community dedicated to the promotion of international awareness and intercultural understanding. I-House operates as a residential housing complex, programming and events center, and connection point for five globally-focused student organizations. The Great Hall and the Asante Classrooms serve as welcoming spaces for I-House’s in-person programs, as well as many independent campus and community events.
